Since joining Pinner Dental Care, Nirpana has become a valued and versatile member of the team, working across both reception and the clinical side as a trainee dental nurse. She enjoys building connections with patients and takes pride in making each visit feel smooth, welcoming, and stress-free.

Her passion for healthcare led her to complete an MBA in Healthcare Management, giving her a well-rounded understanding of how patient care and business operations work hand in hand. Whether she’s assisting in surgery or offering a warm hello at reception, Nirpana’s focus is always on providing a positive, people-first experience.

Outside of the practice, she loves getting creative with hoop art embroidery, unwinding with a good book, and heading off on scenic hikes when the mood strikes. Her calm, can-do attitude makes her a real asset to the team and to every patient she meets.
