With a background as a qualified solicitor and a passion for business, she’s played a key role in shaping the practice from the ground up.

Her focus lies in the day-to-day running of the business, with a strong emphasis on patient experience, team wellbeing, and maintaining the values that set Pinner Dental Care apart—trust, transparency, and care that goes beyond the clinical.

Though not a dentist herself, Rupal’s influence is woven into everything the practice stands for, from its calm, welcoming feel to the exceptional team she’s helped build.
