At Pinner Dental Care, we’ve made our referral process straightforward and stress-free—for both you and your patients. Here’s how it works:
Complete our online referral form or send us the referral via email. Include as much clinical detail as possible, along with any relevant radiographs or images.
We’ll acknowledge receipt of the referral and contact your patient directly to arrange a convenient consultation appointment.
Your patient will be assessed by the relevant clinician. We’ll provide a clear treatment plan, explain all options, and answer any questions they may have.
Once the patient is happy to proceed, treatment will be carried out in our modern, fully equipped practice with the highest standards of clinical care and comfort.
You’ll receive regular updates, including a full post-treatment summary and any relevant imaging. Your patient will then be returned to your care unless further treatment has been discussed and agreed upon.
