Rupal co-founded Pinner Dental Care in 2020 alongside her husband, Dr Rosh, with a shared mission to create a genuinely patient-first dental experience in the heart of the Pinner community. With a background as a qualified solicitor and a passion for business, she’s played a key role in shaping the practice from the ground up.
Her focus lies in the day-to-day running of the business, with a strong emphasis on patient experience, team wellbeing, and maintaining the values that set Pinner Dental Care apart—trust, transparency, and care that goes beyond the clinical.
Though not a dentist herself, Rupal’s influence is woven into everything the practice stands for, from its calm, welcoming feel to the exceptional team she’s helped build.
Outside of work, Rupal is a proud mum of three, an adventurer at heart, and loves taking on new physical challenges to raise money for charity. Her energy, drive, and compassion are at the very core of the practice.
